Yes. I agree about lower insulin levels and that as a society most people never learn to truly hear their hunger signals. There are many benefits outside of weight loss. I do a 24-hour fast once a week. The other days I prefer to eat and exercise. But so far, the research shows that IF is no better than any other diet at weight loss. I believe everyone agrees more research is needed. If you overeat during your eating window, you will not lose weight.
